Use the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link in your confirmation email. Choose a new date and time from the available options.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel by clicking the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link found in your confirmation email. This will take you directly to the cancellation page.

I can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we can resend it.
